Default Making TMO 2.5 Look Better?

I need some input...

I have played SH4 for years and I love game-play with TMO 2.5, but I just don't think the textures and environment looks the best that comes with TMO. Can someone point me in the right direction and Mod order to make TMO look more realistic especially the Sub textures, and environmental such as waves, sea color, ect.

Thanks

Do a search for a graphic enhancement utility called "SweetFx. Plenty of videos and tutorials on YouTube. I use it for both SH4, and BOB2WOV. Really makes a difference IMO. Only for Direct X, not Open GL. Easy to install, and configure. Give it a try!

Try ISE mod {Improved Stock Env}

You can also change the colors in the env. file with the S3d editor, it hardly impacts sensors, except getting carried away with night files if you don't know what you're doing.
