Hi guys. I've got an issue with my HDMI input, it display bright backgrounds just fine but when it comes to low light backgrounds (eg space with stars, dimmer background used during World of Tanks/War Thunder purchases) it just goes completely blank.
I'm just curious is its my screen causing it, or the cable. I'm leaning more towards screen at this point since the issues carried over from my old rig and its a completely new HDMI cable I'm using. Any advice on how to fix would be greatly appreciated |

if you have a HDTV with HDMI input in the house I would say give it a try.
just to rule out any issues with the rig or cable. Have you also tried the VGA cable to see if it does the same?

It seems a silly suggestion, but have you tried adjusting the brightness on your monitor/TV?
I once had an issue with night scenes in SH games. Once I turned up the bright, no more.

Okay managed to fix it. Just needed to let the monitor reset. Think it was still set up for a DVI cable and not HDMI. Thanks for the suggestions though guys!
