I which you all luck with the movie and I hope you will have a success with it

However this is Subsim and most of us, will watch it with very critical eyes, to see if there's any mistakes in it and how many there is.

Wow, that's pretty impressive. You must be proud of this. I can't imagine how much work went into this.

Something stinks and it's coming from your "trailers." A good portion of them contained scenes from the movie Battleship.

I must admit i'd be more exited if the trailer mainly consisted of SH4 video and not from the Battleship movie.

Hey Markus,

Just keep in mind what I put at the beginning of my films and in the description..."...and enjoy this fictitious creation of my imagination!" I'll do the best I can...

I agree with you. However it provided the best platform for making the preview as the SH4 portions are only partially completed. I hated the movie and only "rented" it to see an Iowa class fire a broadside, even if it was CG. My wife thinks the same as she said, "I think that preview was the best thing to come from that movie"!!

i enjoyed the movie battleship for the simple fact that it had one of the last titans of war in it...the battleship Missouri...plus it was really cool when they had no idea how they were gonna run it and all these old salts came out of nowhere ready for action, some of them served on her when she was in the second world war and others in her more modern times...that by far was the coolest thing ive ever seen in a move..that and what they say about the battleship....that and this!

Old Salt WO: [as Raikes enters the Missouri's fire control center] Been working on a destroyer, haven't you?
Petty Officer Cora 'Weps' Raikes: Yes, sir.
Old Salt WO: Are you ready to play with the big boys?
Petty Officer Cora 'Weps' Raikes: Oh yes, sir.
Old Salt WO: Come on, we need the help.
Petty Officer Cora 'Weps' Raikes: Awesome!

and these lines too

Alex Hopper: You men have given so much to your country, and no one has the right to ask any more of you... but I'm asking.
Old Salt: What do you need, son?
Alex Hopper: I need to borrow your boat.

about the trailers... i know i'm quite a critic if it comes to movies and such... i think its... decent...

what bothers me the most, is that you are making post of battleship movies (including original scenes from the battleship movie, no no problem with that) on a forum that goes all about submarines, and submarine sim game, or maybe i have missed something and oversee some option in SH4.

anyhow, the trailer is decent, here and there a few flaws needed to be worked out, like the shells landing on the deck and explode a few seconds later, i would leave that out as in the second worldwar there were, as far my poor knowledge goes, no such shells. they would or explode instantly on contact or penetrate the hull / deck.(just an example)

overall, good work delivered
keep it going and who knows you'll end up in holywood working with milion $$ equipment

I'll be bloody honest here. I liked the Star Trek TNG sound clips incorporated in this video.
Nicely done Cat22.
