How do i turn the RAOBF Wheel

Hello
Im using the NewUIs_TDC_7_4_2_ByTheDarkWraith
So im clicking in the RAOBF Button and it shows up
then i click the mouse Wheel to unlock it
but then my problem is that i can only turn the Wheel by using the mouse Wheel....
and thats very slow

SO how can i turn the RAOBF Wheel fast

try holding down the shift key at the same time
also - try keys Q and E to rotate
