Maybe the US Navy needs to increase the air pressure a bit...it'll never work trying to power it with Bernard and a bicycle pump.

If it's capable of a FUBAR it will FUBAR. Somebody was probably doing PMCS on the compressor and were unaware of the test shot exercise in progress.

Who drained the air out of the holding tank?!?

At least they didn't set the ship on fire.

A stingray training variant torpedo is fired from Type 23 frigate HMS Westminster during an exercise. From the classic refrain:
"The great Argyle, he goes before;
He makes his cannons loudly roar;
Wi' sound o' trumpet, pipe and drum"... and an occasional missile

IMHO 'WEGEIAN' (Kincaid) style No FUBAR here laddie!
