Trouble installing WAC?

I have got clean SH3 install V1.4, then I installed JSGME, extracted first file into MODS folder, enabled it through JSGME, added 4GB patch (running win7 64 bit). Nothing happened...

Is there something simple I'm missing? I can't seem to find a detailed instruction PDF like there is with LSH5.1.

Look into the WAC 4.1 it is in the same folder as your Question
or loof for Hansolo
