Seems like I get a "We have been spotted" message every time I dive near an enemy convoy. So they can't see me on the surface, but they DO see me when I dive?

Complaining here does no good at all. The place to complain is to Ubisoft. That said, they seem to have abandoned development, so don't expect results from them either.
