You know, this reminds me of a few year ago, where the police intercepted an internal memo of the yakuza. Its members were told not to participate in the black market. Their legitimate businesses were so profitable, the believe that every cent should be invested in their legitimate businesses instead.

When our government, and its shills steal from us, we have zero recourse, at least with the Yakuza, they make no case about being honest like our government does. I respect Yakuza more for being scumbag gangsters, than I do our own bankers pretending they are not, when they are way way worse in per capita damage caused. I prefer the mafioso, to government at this point. Maybe it is because I am Sicilian by heritage.
