The great storm is going to wipe us all out or at best sink the UK if you go along with the loony press. Batten down the hatches in your local pub and sink those pints.

We had a tornado forming right off the coast of Ericeira (north-west of Lisbon) right where I live.
Although it was a "small" tornado, this is usually a very rare event for this corner of the world. And it would certainly have caused some destruction if it had drifted to shore. This was the third in a week in this area.
Weather patterns are definitely changing for worse.
