Default How do I access these tools?

When I get new orders in the bunker, for a moment before the briefing map appears I see this screen:

The tools in the top left are part of TDWs New UI. When I open my navigation map in-game they are not there. I can't seem to find any information on them in the forum or the documentation. How do I use them?

I think they are part of Real Navigation.
Which should be enabled from the TDW patcher.

At first I thought they were part of real navigation as well, but I have recently started playing with real nav and I was surprised to find they are not working. They are there even when only the core NewUIs mod is enabled. They have been there since before I started using the patcher, and they persist now with the patcher in use. When I install real navigation they are still not present in-game. The only time I see them is for that moment before the briefing.

It's not a part of Real Navigation..
You have to use OptionsFileEditorViewer to see these tools in the game..

PS: patcher does nothing to show/not show these tools..
