XO repeating himself.

I've got a pretty persistent bug where the XO will repeat himself when I set my torpedo detonator. Doesn't matter if I switch to impact or mag, the message log will note two entries and the XO will say it twice. Just wondering if anyone knows what's causing it.

My XO does the same thing but with the rudder amidships command.
