Default [tech]Goblin editor drop down menu issues in win8

As many have been aware, at times the dropdown menus in goblin editor ,when you are trying to change the atributes of a controller, don't always work right. they kinds of shimmer and half drop down but you can never change them properly.

In vista/7 you just had to go into compatibility mode for goblineditorapp.exe and change the setting setting "do not use visual themes" to on(checked).

In win8 we don't have that option. So instead I found that we need to enable (check mark beside) "reduced color mode". then in the drop down box below, set it to 8bit (256) colour.

PS - for those who don't realize I'm right clicking the goblineditorapp.exe, choosing properties at the bottom, then selecting the compatibility tab along the top.
