Default Last Battle of the Bismark

I spent this morning returning from patrol and happened to be close to BE 53 on May 27th 1941. I was in perfect location to watch Bismark's end.

In a slight departure from history, Bismark brought down Rodney early with several well placed shots from her main guns. But once the Norfolk and Dorsetshire closed in, Bismark didn't last much longer. It was quite a show, and seeing and hearing those big guns fire was amazing.

Once again, I can only applaud and offer huge thanks to the modders who bring this to us. You guys do great work!

On a side note, I was able to fire a parting 3-shot salvo at King George V in revenge. Scored one hit and she limped home down at the stern....

There seems to be so much to this game that I believe I will ever have the playing time to experience even a tenth of all the major events

Great experience there

Slightly off-topic, but I remember having a promising career cut short by coming across five destroyers near Ramnes - as they headed for Narvik on 10 Apr 1940, exactly the time they were there IRL on their way to the Battle of Narvik. 30m of water to hide in... I think I lasted about four minutes.

Those who are about to mod, we salute you
