Target Visibility

Looking for some help. Running SH4, Ver 1.5 with the following mods:

Trigger Maru Overhaul 2.5; RFB 2.0; RFB 2.0 Patch 23 Apr 2010; RSRDC_TMO_v502 & RSDC_V5xx_Patch 1.

While my sonar and radar can detect targets miles away, target visibility even in clear weather can only be obtained below 400 yards with the periscope, binoculars or the deck optics. Is this reasonable or a game glitch? Forget night operations with this visibility fault.

Any help really appreciated!!

You can't run RFB and TMO at the same time so that might be your problem. Also you need to download RSRD for RFB if you want to run it with RFB.

I've been told that (unfortunately) it is hard coded.
