MCCD MOD

Been trying to download MCCD "More Crew Commands by Dialog" MOD for a few days now after a fresh install of Windows.

However I keep getting a 'File in Moderation Queue' warning, is the mod taken out of rotation or is there someplace else I can download it from?

I have the 1.04 version compatible for the Mighty fine crew mod in my Mediafire if that helps you.
