Sh3/4 type crew management .

I,he been away for a long time . And i see some pretty good mode have come allong . But one of The Things that bugged me The most was The horribe crew management in stock sh-5 . Is there Anything on The horizon that Will bring some sort of crew management like we had in sh-3/4 by Any chance??

There are mods which fix/improve the reward and the abilities systems but, as far as I know, none which does what you are asking.
