Default How to zoom out in Navigation map?

I saw this question in the FAQs but it wasn't answered. I'm playing on a laptop with a touch pad no wheel mouse and can't figure out how to zoom back out on the Navigation map once it zooms in. It makes it very difficult to set courses once the map is zoomed in. Right now my only option is exiting and reloading.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help

If your laptop has a synaptics touchpad, which is a quite commen build-in touchpad. There is a driver which supports pinch to zoom. This works well on my Lenovo T500 Laptop. On my macbook air with windows on bootcamp the touchpad driver already supports multi touch gestures.

Both support zoom in SH5 nav map.

But even so it is working I still use a USB Mouse whenever I have a place to use it.
