TURNING BACK THE CLOCK

I've been away from Silent Hunter for a very long time and have just returned.
My problem is that my computer is getting on a bit and prone to overheating (despite cooling tray etc.)
I can run stock SH3 OK, but long to revisit the Grey Wolves mods.

I think I should be OK with GWX 1.03, but I can't find anywhere to download it successfully. I tried Malik's download list, but the files were corrupted.

Any suggestions, please? Would it be worth looking at GWX 2 and if so, where can it be found? It all depends on how "hungry" it is.

Elderly Dell XPS M1710, Intel Core 2 CPU T7600 @ 2.33 Ghz, 4 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce Go 7950 GTX geaphics card, Windows Vista Home Premium (service PAck 2) 32-bit.

GWX 3.0 is a free download at the GWX site (or you could donate a couple of bucks to SubSim and get it here on a faster download). I'd give it a try. It's got lots of improvements, lots of "must have" mods already baked in. Make sure you use the 4GB patch to utilize all your RAM. You might have to strap down your graphics a bit, Worst case, it doesn't work and you have to re-install SH3 (= 15 minutes).
