How is it you cannot find any Targets in Harbours when it's Raining.

That has to do with visibilty , have been in wake harbor and no visual lock on ships until I crept in closer both in day and night. I think this is close to real life situations with rain and fog but that is my opinion.

In case such as this I have centered the periscope at zero then gotten close enough to see the unit and then went back from their so I knew the fish was lined up with the target ... many times you have to go back away due to arming issues but once there you can get no lock so set it all up manually.
