Default Radio Stations? (Never Mind, found 'em)

I've been away from SH5 for a couple of years but I remember there were mods that had different radio stations with music and period timed events. I'm downloading the Paris one right now but I recall there was a Berlin station, Hawaii, London I think. I see there's a Washington folder in the game but I'm having trouble locating any of the others.
Thanx

NEVER MIND, I found them

Where did you find them?
I've been looking for something similar and can't seem to find any for sh5. Went through most of the sh5 download section but obviously I'm blind.

Thanks.

Default Radio

Guys, you can find the music among the many SH3 and SH4 mods. Any music that you have can be used, if in mp3 mode. Just copy the music into the Data/Sound/Radio folder of SH5.

Put the various music into separate folders for each 'station' that you want to have.
You then edit a file called radio.ini (in the radio main folder).
(note each folder name is a radio station name)
....

[GENERAL]
RadioRealism=Yes
StartCh=1

[CHANNEL]
Name=Washington
Folder=Washington
Freq=22
Antenna=01.01.1930-01.01.2000:44.16,-35.10:100000
;MusicVolumeOnNews takes values from 0.01 to 1
MusicVolumeOnNews=0.4

[CHANNEL]
Name=Berlin
Folder=Berlin
Freq=32
Antenna=01.01.1930-01.01.2000:44.16,-35.10:100000
;MusicVolumeOnNews takes values from 0.01 to 1
MusicVolumeOnNews=0.4

[CHANNEL]
Name=NewYork
Folder=NewYork
Freq=42
Antenna=01.01.1930-01.01.2000:44.16,-35.10:100000
;MusicVolumeOnNews takes values from 0.01 to 1
MusicVolumeOnNews=0.4

....
Notice too that all the numbers are the same for each, except for the Frequency to dial. What the numbers mean are the dates and ranges for the stations. Above they are all set to 1930 and maximum range of 100000 miles, so you can get any station any where. That's it. Enjoy.

What I like about the Radio Station mods, they have radio announcer events that are triggered by dates, and play between the music.

Beware that SH5 is a bit more picky than his older brothers, as far as sound file format is concerned. If I rememeber correctly mp3 files are okay if played on the grammophone, but in order to avoid possible ctd's, you might want to convert them to the ogg format for use with radio stations.

I've been using mp3 music with the radio for over a year without any problems.

ogg vs mp3

a case of radio-mod-related recursive ctd (corrupted file or wrong file compression format suspected):

It's actually an SH4 mod but works in SH5 as well.
I found a link here on this site buried deep in a mods discussion but here's the link... http://www.silenthuntermods.com/foru...php?topic=28.0
There's 3 pages to see there.
Here's another several pages... http://www.silenthuntermods.com/foru....php?board=5.0
Carotio is the admin there and a member here. You have to sign up to the site to download the big stuff. It seems I was a member there a few years ago and only had to sign in.
If you plan to use the radio feature, there is a small change you have to make to a config file so that it works properly in SH5 as opposed to SH4.
