Default Coursing Engineering in the UK

Hello

I plan to apply for a course of mechanical or marine engineering in the UK. I need some tips can someone help me please? I really need to talk to someone who knows the market in the area.

If you'd asked this question over thirty year ago I'd have been in a good position to answer you with a fair level of certainty.

Currently my home town of South Shields still maintains the position of being arguably the best marine engineering training centre in the UK (some say Europe)...Cardiff is pretty close to the same level of excellence as will IMHO.

An area to look into would be training centres and companies in hubs servicing the offshore wind industry, there is an awful lot of funding flowing into training technicians for offshore work.
