Default REQ-Baltimore and/or Atlanta Class cruiser

Is it possible to work these into surface units.

SPECS

Yes, as playable ships and with the option of adding to the game as AI as well.

I have read in another thread how to make basic ships playable but the Atlanta and the Baltimore are no basic ships so i have no clue sry but its would nice if anyone can made this famous ships playable hm maybe Karle94 can help
