Default Can't pan (turn) the deck gun left or right

Hi all,

Maybe I am missing something, but each time I use the deck gun I am having trouble to turn the deck gun left or right. I have to go to flak gun and return back to deck gun (using the jump function) to be able to pan the deck gun, and it's not always a success. Also when the pan bug is there, the height is way off to be able to hit something...

Here is my list of mods installed in that order :
1. Patched sh5.exe with TDW generic patcher (stand alone)
2. Accurate german flags
3. No dawn bubble 7 Halo
4. new UI TDC 7-4-2 by TDW
5. IRAI 0-0-39 by TDW
6. IRAI 0-0-39 by TDW Patch 1

Thanks for your help ! Great Jobs Modders !

Mike

thanks for your reply !

Yes I tryed to move the deck gun in manual mode (that's my problem) and asked my watch officer to move the crew to the deck gun (cannon).

I found something. If the crew can't move on to the gun, than I can't move my cannon left or right !! Is it possible, if the sea waves are too big or in a storm, than we can't use the deck gun ?

Yes, I'm fairly certain this is the case in rough seas your crew cannot operate the deck gun (and you need them to move it realistically speaking) because of the danger of getting swept overboard.

I encountered the same thing earlier today.
