I see you're using my list order
But i don't know about this green atlantic mod...
It sounds like an environment mod, so to see it ingame, it should be placed after all Dyn Env.
If you don't see it ingame even after Dyn Env, it may be not compatible.

I'm personally applying "North Atlantic Green" after environmental mods. The best compilation is to use it with 'Naights Underwater Mod" - looks very realistic
