any1 know why my Navgator calculate my position wrong ?

OptionsFileEditorViewer, RealNav tab.. there you can find all the settings what you need..

there are the default settings i didn't change anything ...

problem solved (with fresh game install ) can close this thread

The problem is that the settings in the game say that there is an error, when calculating your position. In reality, the navigator would use refferences of the nearby land and ports, but in game - the navigator cannot do that yet.
