Default Horizontal lines flickering

Hi there, I need your opinion about an issue I´m experiencing in my SH5. I have installed the whole mod list in sobers megamod, including TDW generic patcher. The game loaded all right and everything seemed to be ok. However, as soon as I exited the bunker I noticed a very unpleasant flickering affecting all the lines in the harbor´s architecture (it´s at night). What I mean is that the horizontal lines "break" when they incline (due to the sub´s movement, for example) There´s also some kind of optical disturbance on the water´s surface related to the moonlight reflections also "breaking". I tried raising the AA value, to no avail.
I don´t know if any of you guys can help me with this. It´s a really annoying effect that keeps me from enjoying the game.
My GPU is a Gigabyte GTX 650ti 1Gb, so I guess it should work fine
On the other hand I want to express my deepest gratitude and admiration for the work of all the modders who have contributed with their incredible talent to improve this game. I am absolutely astonished by the extent of your skills and the sharpness of your observations. Congratulations and thank you very, very much to all of you.

in order to help you, you need to give the exact mod list you are using and the install order, often the order you install things can be the problem or a mod on the list is the wrong version

Disable this mod (in yellow).. it's not for nVidia cards..

Honestly, I don't see anything criminal on these screens.. perhaps it's because of the poor monitor of the laptop..

Maybe a vertical synchro problem? Have you enabled it?

@fifi, thank you for your tip. I disabled vsync and maximized antialiasing and it´s got somewhat better.
@volodya61, it was really painful, seeing all those segments stretching and widening and moving up and down
