sub speed

In sh3 the subs speed at 3 = 10knts but in sh5 it = 13knt, on reseach a standard v11b = 10 knts not 13, is there a mod that changes this to the correct speed ?

Easily adjustable in data/submarine/NSS_Uboat7b.Cfg ---> engine properties
