AFAIK there are no mods that are compatible with FOTRS

if any mod is compatible it will specificly say it is and any mod that would work with FOTRS will ONLY work with FOTRS and no other mods or the stock game

if there is a mod you want to add to FOTRS then ask the maker of that mod if it could be merged into FOTRS and maybe they could tell you how you could merge them but sometimes some things just cant be combined for some reason like they would mess up other things
