Default How to finish the Narvik reconnaissance mission?

I am running SH5 without any modifications.

Now I am trying to run the Narvik reconnaissance mission, operation Weserübung in April 1940. Running in through the Narvik fjord on the surface I did only meet two ships, both German freighters.

I did arrive to Narvik in the early morning April 11, and did go to the reconnaissance point at periscope depth. It was barely deep enough, I almost scraped the keel in the sea bottom. I came to the point, and raised the attack periscope both before, at and after passing the point on the map. But the reconnaissance was not accepted as finished. How do I do to get this part as finished?

Strangely the Narvik harbour was quite empty, not a single ship. From history I know that here was a lot of fighting during April and the beginning of May, and at some moment the Germans were almost defeated. But then came Hitler´s invasion of France on the 10th of May, and the English had to withdraw.

Hmm, when I played the stock campaign, when I got there, a few German destroyers sunk a few British destroyers with no casualties, but I do not remember anymore, this was about 9 months ago.

Use the observation scope to take pics for reckon missions. It took me weeks to figure out.

That could be why I found it so easy, I always prefer to use the observation periscope to get a bearing on the situation.
