Need mod recommendations.

Hello everyone. I am here as a vet from some other forums and have been actively playing SH4 for almost 4 years now. I was wondering if I could get some pointers as to a few mods for the following things.

First, I want a mod that eliminates or at l;east reduces the renown penalty for declining a retirement in career mode. I want to run my boat from Pearl Harbor all the way to VJ day, and I don't want to have to run around with negative renown for not wanting to be a desk commander.

Also, I would like a full ship expansion pack for all navies. Specifically, I want one with more brit ships, plus some more playable subs, like my personal favorite, the Nautilus. The more the merrier, right?

Also, any texture packs would be appreciated, since while SH4 has beautiful, top notch graphics for it's day, my rig can do more, so I want the eye candies!
