Maybe the guy should have chosen a career as a runner. He definitely was faster than the first police officers.

If that we're the case I'd be in favor of a FEMA death camp.

Another unproductive drug head bogging down society. Give him a fair trial then 1 appeal and blow his brains out if proven guilty.
