The trick I think is to just flow with the music and dont be embarrassed and just let yourself be free.Most people that cant dance the reason is because they feel like they look silly they are missing the point if you ask me dancing is a chance to relax and not be ridged.For example that video is from "Soul Train" a 1970's show so those people are in fact dancing to different melody.

This is my favorite Daft Punk song "Da Funk" in case this particular clip wont play in your region.

My daughter has that Wii dancing game Just Dance and I kill this song every time this song and Apache(Jump On It).

"Prime Time of Your Life" and "Robot Rock" are also awesome.

I'll happily slow dance...I'll do the town's traditional Cotton Eye Joe dance...but anything else is just...ugh. Can't do it.

I like slow dancing better anyway.

Shot man they would have to make a best dancer on Subsim category if I posted that.

Like I said the key is not caring what you look like you have loose that inhibition.Also if you want to attract the fairer sex dancing is never bad even you are not that good because either way it shows that you have enough confidence in yourself to hang loose.If someone laughs at my dancing that great because I just made their day.

You should watch James Brown dance copy what he dose while he sings if you can do that you can dance anywhere to just about any music.

In my younger day, get a few drinks down, I had no problem flowing with the music.

Haha. It's hard to mess up the Cotton Eye Joe... Whenever we have a dance they play that song, you know where you are. Everybody gets up and does it.
