Title pretty much says it all, need some advice on my mod load order.

Is that any good I? It seems I have some issues with equipment, more so that before my first patrol I cannot actually select any from the quartermaster.

Exit the game and reload the last save . You should now be able to enter the equipment upgrade screen .
