Default Mouse Moves Slow

Hey there, was wondering if anyone else is having the issue with the mouse moving slow? I run the game just fine, but the cursor moves too slowly..is there a way to fix that?

What brand and model of mouse are you using?

Go to Settings/Control Panel/Mouse, and check in Hardware to see if it's properly recognised. Check the software for it too.

I had problems with my Logitech Performance MX mouse in SH5 and on the web, as it wasn't properly recognised by my computer. Works fine now.

Usually, when a game has slow mouse while running it, it's because my PC wasn't powerful enough (mainly in memory).
But this was before

I have an above average computer, and I do get a small amount of lag on my mouse, no matter what mods I use.
My specs are AMD Phenom II x6 1100T 3.4 Ghz, Nvidia Gtx 570 1.25 gb and 32 Gb of Ram, even without mods, even in the open ocean where there are very little ships, there is always a small amount of 'catch-up' on my mouse.

Do you have the same 'catch-up' for your mouse when online or doing anything else besides playing SH5?

I had the problem and what I posted above fixed it all.

I don't have 'catch-up' on anything but Sh5 and a few other high demanding games, but it's not really a problem for me, it never gets too slow.
