[REL]sobers Lights Cfg V2 SH5

I like to have some nice effects with the lighting .
It gives an eerie effect in fog and is quite realistic .
The sky scape seems more 3 dimensional now .
It is first version so there is room for improvement .
Install with the mod enabler anytime after othere environment mods .

and there is: Sober which means "plain" (not fancy) in my language (dutch) or "not under the influence of.........." But now for me it will mean:
great mods.

Watched the sky and forgot all about the objective: sinking ships.

Just finished attacking a convoy in moonlight. Excellent. Watching the moon appear and disappear in the clouds and smoke whilst being hunted by destroyers. Great visuals.
