In game Mouse Speed control ?

Is it possible to control the mouse speed in-game (config setting) ?.
My new rig makes me really dizzy, and it's hard to take proper measurements.

I know the normal windows mouse speed control, which doesn't work when in the game. Besides I need the speed when out of the game!

I use a Saitek V.3 which has three preset speeds, they change at the touch of a dedicated, extra, mouse button.
