Default Submerging to 7 meters?

I have sober's modlist installed, plus decks awashed (not sure if that is necessary or not).

With the decks awash mod alone with no others, I was able to be at 7 meters in depth, and it looked awesome. I can go to 6 and 8, but never 7 no matter what I try. It isn't the same, 7 is perfect.

Any thoughts?

I haven't used Sober's mod yet. Tho I have been able to change the depth screen gauge to the green one that shows the depth increments and select 7 meters. Just move your mouse around and keep trying to select 7. It might take a bit of doing but you can get it eventually.

And it's the best way to sneak in to drop off the spy north of Londondeery.

I try from depths of all kinds... clickity click click. It just tells me to GTFO you can't have the coolest-looking depth.

In the New Ui mod thread by TDW there is a test ui version . Also in the options editor there is a option to change to 7.5 mts which i find best . You will have to use the patcher though and have decks awash enabled .

Put it all in. Now when I attempt to go down at all I get a C++ runtime error.

Any ideas?

Well.. I found the problem with the runtime error.

I went back to my original mod list, but encountered the same problem somehow. After some time, I isolated MCCD_1.04_MFCM_1.2.1_compatible. I mean, naturally.

Anyway, the new UI works great. The new option on the UI to go to decks awash depth is very cool. I set it to 7.00. Unfortunately, no matter what, I'm not going to 7. Same problem

The guy yells out, "7 meters!" I get the progress bar to the right, and it stays there. As the boat sits at 6 meters, the progress bar goes up and down a little bit along with the fluctuating percentage as the boat rolls up and down with the waves. 6.1-7.9 just appears locked.

I isolated the problem to the UI mod itself. Something in there having an effect on me. Well... not getting rid of the mod so... :P
