Lost voices after installing SH3 commander

Hello,
I have Silent Hunter 3 with LSH3 version 5.1.
Everything worked fine until I installed SH3 commander. After I did this installation, I've lost the voices of my crew. Every other sound works fine.
I did a rollback of the SH3 commander but still I have no crew voices.

Anyone experience this? I completely re-installed the game (deleted EVERYTHING) and again everything works until I get to SH3 commander and run it for the first time.

Just looking for ideas.
