Default cap devices

here's a silly question:
but is it possible to add cap devices to the crew's head gear?
I saw a pic of one that one of the members posted, but I haven't found anything in the downloads section that deals with this.

Hi mate,

What do you mean exactly by cap device?

Maybe this here:

Best regards Hans

Hi again,

Easy one for this just open \Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Crew and you will have 2 folders there one is name Off and is for officer helmet the other folder is call Pos for regular crew, just paint your boat emblem on the one you want and Go on bridge shouting at the pesting Atlantic weather with your swordfish on helmet!

Best regards Hans

Thanks for the help Hans!

the first attempt was too big and didn't look right. the second attempt I went ahead and cleaned up the wreath.

thanks for the encouraging words
I, unfortunately, went a little overboard and crashed the game after this little experiment while trying to change some pinups. I ended up having to reinstall everything!
it's a steep learning curve
