sh4Speech question

Recently downloaded minsc_tdp's wonderful mod, sh4speech. Impressively easy to implement and works really well with the Win7 Speech Recognition s/w. No training issues. Many thanks to minsc_tdp for a huge amount of work!

If minsc_tdp or anyone else familiar with this package is around, I have a question: In the control file key_commands.csv, there is a warning for three commands which says "Do not change the ID for this!" Does this warning apply to the ID and its associated command, or to the keystroke which is mapped to it as well? I use a custom keyboard mapping, and would like to use it with sh4speech. Is this possible? I suppose I can always try it and see if it breaks, but I thought I'd ask first. Anyone know the answer?
