G'day all,
New torpedo textures ![]() German torpedos (many museum pieces) ![]() New textures based on research ![]() ![]() Some photos I have detailed what a specific type of torpedo looked like others are just generic. All colours used are based on historic colours, even if the specific type may not be 100% correct. This Mod is for all "those people " who aren't using my Damage and Torpedo UI mod. G'day Yoram777,
Mine are G7a - TI, pretty much the same as in the mod. Only proplem is they stay G7a - TI all the time. I suppose one could make an alternate texture for them; but then they would just stay that colour. ![]() I'm open to any suggestions

I took another look, and your right; they are a little too blue. I'm busy ATM working on something else but I'll have a look and see what can/could be done to the 3d torpedoes textures in a day or two.

Not sure where the 3d model data lives, but there are bunch of "torpedo" .dds textures in the tex folder. Might want to just have a play around with those first????. ![]() Cheers

I found the Data\Library\torpedoes_g7a-e.GR2 but have no idea how to tell what textures are being used other then by looking at them in GannyEditor. The problem is that it looks like a few of the Torpedo's use the same texture.
I hope UbiSoft plans to release some type of Modders Tool Pack because the vanila tools they provided really suck. Last edited by TheBeast; 04-11-10 at 09:51 AM. |
