Cant find the CD Code

Hi, recently made the move from SH3 (with Grey Wolves Supermod) to SH5. This is due to it being on sale in Dick Smith Electronics (New Zealand) for $9. Anyway the problem I have is that I can't past the UPlay login screen. It keeps asking me for a CD Code. When I bought the game all there was in the box was the CDROM. I've noticed under the barcode is a number entitled "code". However when I type this 9 digit number in I get the message telling me its not the right code. Am I missing something really obvious here? As I've poured over the box and the cover and its the only thing that looks like a CD Code. Code.

I'd say go back to Dick Smith Electronics and have them get the correct code, or get your money back. They pulled a fast one on you.

I'm not even sure if you contact UBI support that they'd even help you. But do try if the above fails. Good luck.

Ok so I don't need the CD Code. So how do I get the game to work? I run it from the CDROM, the menu comes up and I click on play, it takes me straight away to the Uplay website asking for the CD Code. Have I missed some glaringly obvious way to just play the game?

IIRC Sober, you have to type in keycode for the first time you install SH5. Then after you setup an account with UBI you no longer need to use the keycode. Remember?

It was a while ago . I thought once on uplay launcher you just type in your uplay name and password . Just exit out of that uplay website .

I took your advice and went back to Dick Smith. They had forgotten to include the leaflet thing that comes with the box. On the front of the leaflet was stuck the code. Many thanks both of you for helping.

I had that sneaky feeling that was it. Glad you got it sorted out Matt.
