I turn on the computer, start sh4, load the last saved game and I get the normal screen, but after that I get a black screen for about 15 sec. and get the message sh4 does not work anymore.
I load second saved game and everything works fine.
I tryed it several times after that and have no problems anymore.

That's the exact message you get, "sh4 does not work anymore"?!
Are you sure it doesn't say something more like, "SH4 has stopped working and the program needs to close...?"
What operating system do you have?
What are your system specs?
What mods (if any) are you running?
What version of SH4 are you using?

Sounds like a corrupt save. Sorry, there's no fix for that. You'll need to restart.

I also think it's a corrupt save.
When I saved a game I give it a name, after that I overwrite that game many times when I stay in the same area, maybe it's better to change the name everytime you save your game

It is. The constant re-writing the save file causes it to get corrupted. Discussions at the ubi forum have come to the following conclusion. Save while in port, each subsequent save gets a different name. Try to save when on surface, clear weather, and when there is nothing else within the subs sensors range. I save in port with just my name, then while on patrol, I add a number. For example: fireftr, fireftr1, fireftr2, fireftr3, etc. as needed.

Now I don't remember any problems while saving after contacting a convoy, in middle of a battle, etc., but others have.
