Default Captains cap

Is there a mod that will give the Watch Officer the White Cap?

Just to remember: The only person who was allowed to wear a white cap was the captain (the player-you!)
All other officers had blue caps.
Testpilot did a nice one.
Find them here:

Best regards

I was looking to add a white cap to the watch officer to represent the Captain on the conning tower. SO I was looking to see if there was a way to add a 2nd officers cap and just assign it too the watch officer?
