OK, I had a strange problem.
I was running a career in a IXB with a IX1 turm (I never upgrade the IX type turms to IX2 or IX3 because I am addicted to the IX1 turm by Aces and I simply refuse to play with another. - Thanks again Aces) Now , when I upgraded to IXC from my IXB there was no heavy flak on my sub. When I upgraded to IX2 turm and back to IX1 the heavy flak appeared but it was useless as well as the 20mm flak gun. I am using GWX3.0 and the Aces' Type 9 c-1 Super Turm (Old Emblems Compat v3.2) Alt Grill + 3x MG-34 version for GWX amongst other mods. Any ideas? Thank you all in advance |

You probably need to also use Ace's "Repositioned 105mm Gun 9b-9c+New 9b Deck Railings" mod.
Turm models do differ by sub hull type, but the basic models from which the turms are built are shared between types. It could be very likely you bugged your sub when upgrading to a new type without first disabling the turm mod for your old sub. Unfortunately, major changes to models can sometimes permanently bug the game when using large mods that affect hundreds of files. An example in action was when PaulH513 tried out the Warship Mod, disabled it with JSGME, only to discover his 9c u-boat had a turret from the Bismarck in place of the deck gun! It's always a good idea to use JSGME's Snapshot feature before enabling large or complex mods.
