Some years ago we had a thread were I already pointed at this fact in birth rates. I was laughed about for saying that in the near future there will be more non-white than white births in the US, and that it will change not just the southern states' policies, but all the states' policies sooner or later.

But it is not that bad, just a farewell to the traditional self-definition of an America that once was dominated by the white man, but is no more. Whether the melting pot really functions, is something different, i have said goodbye to the concept - it was just an ideal, an utopia. Reality looks different if looking at crime, social, health, education and income statistics. The major chnage in births now seem to come from hispanic population. Let'S see what this will mean, culturally.

Imagine France. Around 2050, by projections of current birth rates, will be a predominantly Muslim country nationwide. Now that is bad news. And it spreads.

This has been going on for years, decades even. Its a combination of unchecked illegal immigration, and Hispanic culture of having large families. The stereotypical American family has 1 or 2 kids. Mexican families tend to have two to three times that number. It doesn't take a mathmatical genius to figure out what the long term result is going to be.

edit: What comes to mind most is a line from the movie Braveheart, where Edward Longshanks says something along the lines of "If we can't drive them out, we'll breed them out." Well, that's what their doing.

I fail to see a foreign faction that has the agenda formulated to "conquer" the US and drive whites out or turn them into Hispanics or Asians. What happens, pretty much looks like any - for historians not unheared of - Völkerwanderung, and ethnic and demographic changes from that. And like earlier in history, the movement is from poor places, to assumed richer places, which is no surprise either.

Three points.
1. In my opinion they are Foreign nationals.
2. Go to google and type in "Mexican Reconquista".
3. Despite above mentioned point two, i was speaking metaphorically. Intentional or not, they ARE breeding Americans out.

Enjoy the Oh no look at the demographics I told you I told you some years ago, then laugh at the fact the people behind this news are having to rework thier model because the new figures mean their figures from 2 years ago are wrong and the change in population isn't happening as fast as they told us it would and their 2040 date for the US is going to have to be pushed back a few more years.
As for Skys 2050 prediction ask him for a link if you want a good laugh as his leap there would have to be runnng constantly and very narrowly at over 8X the past US rate to even get close to the mark

This is not about race at all. But cultural environments form different worldviews and attitudes towards live. Also, "American" ideology is differed about what it is, too. Starts with the endless battle about carrying guns, leads over the (false) claim that the US were founded as a Christian nation, and ends with the question whether Bush senior was right or wrong when claiming that in his opinion atheists are not even Americans. Republicans and Democrats also have a different focus on what is important for "Americanism". In southern states, wehre they feel the Hispanic impact stronger than in Northern states, politicians have long since started to chnage traditional party positions to win them as voters. Becasue being raised in or having roots in Mexico or Puerto Rico most likely gives a person a slightly different view and attitude then having been born and raised in the US. Or Canada.

I think we will see this shift in inner politics sooner or later. It even seems we already do. But the Republicans still have a greaster way to go there, if they do not want to run short of voters, when the old generation has faded away - and gets to a greater degree replaced by white Northern people, but Hispanic people, and the other migration groups.

Again, race is not the issue here. But individual biographic socialization, and cultural closeness - and cultural difference. Regarding the US and let'S say Puerto Rico, that difference is narrower. With regard to the US and Saudi Arabia, that difference is bigger, much bigger, obviously.

It's not the race, it's the lack of integration into American society. They don't make more then a cursory effort to speak English. They insist on speaking spanish. They don't hoist the American Flag or it's colors but the Mexican one.

This is a great example ( ). This is not what American's do. These aren't American's, these are Mexican nationals living on American soil.

Well given the very different suits in that regards we see displayed here and elsewhere they sounds like typical Americans then doesn't it, or typical people from any country really.
