My antenna is gone...

Hi. Yesterday I did a new activation of mods based on different guides and it works much better now. But one thing is missing, the circular rotating antenna at front of the conning tower. I like the eye candy and it seems cool with the antenna rotating in the front and radar in the back. I cant figure out what mod made it appear. Any helpful advice please?
