NYC bans references to Dinosaurs, Birthdays, Halloween, Dancing in standardized tests

Um, I'd like to get into college without taking a standardized test because tests might breed unhealthy competition, might cause angst over categorization of people, are against my religious principles, and I don't do very well on those types of tests...

I guess they are worried that a homeless guy might have a massive stroke and then sue the city. Seems legit to me.
