Default Specialist experience.

Hi all. Newb question here. When the green experience bar over a station hits maximum, would I get any further benefit from having extra specialists in there?

If my flak bar is at max for example, because of one specialist, would adding another be worthwhile? Does the program gauge flak gun skill per gun or according to the total green bar of the whole flak station?

Hi safemist. Welcome to Subsim.

I'm not sure if having specialists with good experience levels helps or not but once the bar is green I think that's as good as it gets. Good hunting.
