How to change collors?

Can somebody tell me how you can change collors.
Because i have a mod but the guns are black can somebody tell me how to change it. and what program i need?

We're gonna need alot more info than this. What Mod? What version of the game are you useing? We need the specifics if a solution can be found

I use sh4 1.4 with the North carolina mod(BB). 14'' quad guns mod and those guns are totally black.(sow black that you can see the second gun)
